How much is shipping?

All prices quoted on our website include FREE Shipping.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. After processing time please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for product delivery. See About Us.

What Forms of payment do you accept?

At the bottom of the page you will see icons for all accepted methods of payment.  This includes Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Delta, American Express, Diner's Club, Eurocard, Moneybookers, and Paypal. (also iDeal which is not shown).

Are these payment methods secure?

YES! In each case, you are actually taken directly to the merchant bank's own secure website for processing.  We are never in posession of, nor do we see any of your banking / transaction data, other than an 'approved' from the bank once your payment is complete.  This is one of the safest and most secure methods of shopping online.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped 2 day air via DHL. If DHL does not deliver to your area, we will ship using 2 day air UPS or TNT, depending upon your country / location.

Is my product covered by a warranty?

ALL products carry a full one (1) year warranty.

We ship products worldwide.  As such we do not provide legal opinion on the various regulations for individual countries, states, and municipalities. Please check your local regulations before ordering and use of products.

Do you accept returns?

No. Unfortunately due to abuse, we no longer accept returns.  All products do however carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.  In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will repair or replace your defective item under the terms of our Returns Policy to insure you have the quality professional cell phone jammer or GPS jammer unit that you ordered.
