We can ship to most any address in the world. Shipping is included in the price of all orders, worldwide (except where noted).
We ship using DHL. In the event DHL does not service your area, we will ship your package using UPS or TNT. Importation tariffs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Please note that all weights of products where noted are estimates including shipping and packaging materials.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, however all products are covered by a full ONE YEAR warranty. Should your cell phone jammer product fail within one year of purchase (obvious physical abuse excluded), we will repair or replace your item as required.
You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process / test your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair / replace and deliver your item (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, Email us for an RMA number. Along with the RMA number you will also receive instructions and the proper return address for your merchandise. All returns should be sent via a method that provides a tracking number (we recommend Local Postal / FedEx / DHL). We can not be responsible for items alleged to have been shipped to us without a tracking number.
Freight costs of returned items TO us are the responsibility of the customer. We will return the repaired or replaced item 2 day air, at our cost.
Signal jammer returns must be sent back to our warehouse or authorized repair center, NOT to the corporate office.
